A main speaker will probably be asked to do between 3 and 6 of the talks, depending on the size of the team and the length of their training event. Everyone on the team will be expected to assist with ministry throughout the event as well as be available for networking as and where necessary.

Main Speaker Key Skills/Competencies:

• Good speaker, charismatic and able to engage the audience. Able to adapt the style of speaking according to the audience
